I love love love Chester's new restaurant Grano Arso! Chef Joel Gargano hit a home run with his newly opened restaurant- I can't get enough of his food! I hope that you will go and fall in love with it too! The roasted carrot bagna cauda was mind blowing. His pasta is sublime- did you know he even mills his own flour? Each time, I finish the meal with the butterscotch budino- yum!
Chef Joel is no stranger to teaching cooking either. In fact he taught at the institute of culinary education (ICE). I didn't even have to beg him to teach a class- he offered! How cool is that?
In this class Chef Gargano will teach us how to make some of my favorite offerings from his restaurant. This is the tentative menu.... It's going to be a great evening!
