We are pleased to welcome Emily Florentino into our kitchen for a series of Vegan cooking classes. This class is designed to be the first part of a 2 part series of plant-based classes, Vegan 101 and 2.0. This class will introduce students to the basics/ fundamentals of vegan cooking. And trust me, you don't have to be a vegan to love these classes and recipes. From a health perspective, everyone could incorporate these techniques and recipes into their cooking repertoire.
