We are thrilled to have Chef Kathleen Benjdid back in our kitchen for classes and dinners focusing around the area of Morocco. Kathleen owned Tissa's Market in Old Saybrook and I am sure those that know her, miss her amazing food! I know I did! The aromatic smells and melt in your mouth tajines... Well, enough of missing this- she's back and we will have an awesome smelling kitchen in no time. Join us while Kathleen relates no only the foods but the culture and history of this magical land.
- Moroccan roasted chicken stuffed with couscous, apricots, and dates
- Moroccan carrot salad and greens
- Desert- yogurt honey and fig compote with almonds and Orange Blossom Water.
