Shannon is the author of the Boddler Bites flashcard cookbook for healthy ways to feed children.  The flashcards have received rave reviews from Rachael Ray, Parents and Parenting magazines. Shannon was also a monthly food contributor with CBS’s Better Connecticut and also hosted many cooking segments on ABC, NBC and Fox. She ‘s taught several food education classes for Whole Foods and Stew Leonard’s.
