Dig out your grill tools, fill up the propane tank and grab a cold drink- it's grilling season! To start the outdoor cooking season off in the right direction, Chef Paul Barron will teach you the right way to use your grill! We've asked him to go over some aspects of basic grill maintenance and how to properly use and clean the grill. Then we will get grilling in this hand-on class where Chef Barron will show us how to perfectly cook seafood on the grill every time. No more overcooked foods! He also will be highlighting the most versatile of sauces the Chimchurri sauce. It's roots are Argentinian and is perfect on grilled foods (steak and poultry too).
- Farmers market salad of seasonal greens (depending on what is available) with a traditional dijon vinaigrette.
- Grilled seafood including little neck clams, fresh swordfish and shrimp with a Chimchurri sauce.
- Grilled seasonal vegetables.
- Grilled peaches with Arethusa Farmers cheese and local honey
