Ah summer and our love of the grill. August is the perfect grilling month will and produce is at its peak. And what's better to throw on the grill but a nice steak! Chef Jenn Magrey will introduce us to the steak- where the different cuts come from and how best to cook them. In the class we will learn how to grill to perfection 3 different cuts of meat to accompany our
- A lovely summer salad
- 3 cuts of beef- NY Strip, Tenderloin and Hanger steaks cooked to perfection!
- Grilled potato packets with parmesan, rosemary and truffle oil.
- Grilled seasonal vegetables
- Plum and berry cobbler with vanilla honey whipped cream.
** don't eat meat? We will grill you a nice piece of fish!
